Ruth's Chris serves only the finest 2% of steak in the nation, USDA Prime, Midwestern corn-fed aged beef, hand-cut daily and served sizzling. Complimented by a selection from our award-winning wine list, generous helpings of our delicious side dishes, and a variety of dessert selections, our fare is sure to leave a lasting impression with your guests.

For your convenience, we can assist you with any audio-visual equipment needs, and free wireless Internet access is also available throughout the restaurant.

The Wine Room

Perfect for that important business dinner requiring a Board of Directors atmosphere, The Wine Room seats up to 24 guests.

The Congress Room

For a more intimate dining experience, this room is truly a great choice. Seating is available for up to 12 guests.

The Scarbrough and Littlefield Rooms

For somewhat larger parties, both of these rooms are superb. In each room, seating is available for up to 18 guests.

The Colorado Room

For medium to large dinners and socials, this room is ideal. It is reserved to seat parties of 25 - 30 at separate tables.

The Brazos Room

Perfect for just about any occasion, this room can seat parties of 30 - 45 at separate tables or banquet tables.

* For larger parties, the Colorado Room and the Brazos Room can be combined. 50 - 100 guests can be seated at separate or banquet-style tables.
